Bio

Coming from a large Italian family it’s no surprise that Theresa was drawn to food photography.
“I love the social aspect of it; everyone hanging out in the kitchen with wonderful scents of herbs and spices floating around, good music playing and people laughing and talking. The first food shoot I assisted on felt so natural to me, I was hooked.”

While food has been a main focus, Theresa has worked on many projects of all scope and size throughout her career. The experience and knowledge she has gained has made her very versatile not only as a photographer, but also as a director, producer, team player and collaborator. She insists her team possess the same strong work ethic and desire to make each job productive and enjoyable at the same time. That is her standard.

She has recently shot a new product launch for a start- up company called Mamatini, cookbooks for Random House, catalogs for Whole Foods, editorial location shoots for Woman's Day and City Magazine to name a few. Her work is classic in style and light & airy in feel – “luscious” as called by The Associated Press.

Theresa is a member of Advertising Photographers of America (APA) and currently serves on the national board as President.
